At BKS Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original BKS branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned footwear for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
